To launch the new “Human-Powered Trading” campaign, we created a Q&A event and ongoing digital program that met traders where they live (online) to get live answers from specialists straight from a banner.
The live Q&A event simultaneously ran in some of the top financial sites on the web.
Traders could submit questions and get live answers from Schwab Trading Specialists straight from the banner.
Each panel segment kicked off with a discussion of events of the day, ensuring the most timely insights throughout the day.
We developed an entire moderation system to carefully monitor each question in real-time, live.
The event is just the beginning: With hours of programming from every live event, Schwab Live is a rich source of video content that’s leveraged across multiple owned and paid channels.
